My Report In developing
nations 10 million children under the age of 5 die every year, amazingly over
half pass away do to hunger related causes. How does global poverty affect
hunger in children? Hunger affects the lives of millions all around the world.
Additionally, there is a massive difference between a developing nation like How bad is the hunger problem in children worldwide? Here’s some statistics on the crisis. Around the world, 16000 children die from hunger every day. In developing nations, 146 million children under the age of 5 are under weight. Additionally an estimated 820 million people living in developing nations. More often than not people in economically unstable countries are unable to provide themselves with an adequate diet. As you can see this is an international dilemma that affects millions. Although there is an immense problem, there is a key inequality between industrialized countries and developing countries through out the planet. Internationally,
there is a colossal inequality between developing countries and industrialized
countries. For instance take a developing country and take an industrialized
country, such as Hunger can affect the health of millions around the globe. Consequently people with hunger can suffer from not only infectious diseases, but cognitive diseases too. Children suffering from hunger and malnutrition are two to four times more likely to have health issues. Such as fatigue, irritability, headaches, inability to concentrate, frequent colds, diarrhea, malaria, and acute respiratory infections. In developing nations 16000 children die each day from hunger. Over half of those die from hunger related diseases. It is clear that children in developing countries are far more susceptible to contagious diseases do to hunger than kids in an industrialized nation that don’t suffer from hunger. How is it that children in developing countries are being deprived of the most basic necessities such as an adequate food supply? Isn’t it amazing that 15 million children are dieing of huger every year and can go unnoticed by world governments? Hunger really does affect the lives for millions around the world especial the most vulnerable in our society, children. Additionally, how it that kids is is an industrialized country can nourish themselves to the point that they are obese while children in economically unstable are starving to death. Hunger can cause a wide range of ailments from cognitive diseases to diarrhea. As you can see millions of kids globally are suffering of hunger just because they are born into a poverty stricken nation.
